In-Network Dental Plans
We currently partner with the following providers:

- VA Community Care Network through Optum Serve
As a courtesy, we will file claims with your insurance, even if we are out of network. However, it is your responsibility to verify your policy’s benefits and coverage prior to your appointment.
Providing Insurance Information
To bill your insurance, please provide:
- Insurance company name and claims address
- Subscriber name, DOB, and Member ID# (or Social Security #)
- Group #
Attach your insurance cards to your online registration or bring them to your appointment.
Insurance Verification and Payments
Before procedures, contact your insurance to confirm your benefits and in-network coverage. Pre-treatment estimates are not a guarantee of payment; final benefits are determined after submitting claims.
- Open insurance balances over 90 days will be billed to the patient.
- Without insurance information at your appointment, you must pay 50% of charges that day. Full payment is required within 45 days.
