Financial Policy
Thank you for choosing our office for your endodontic needs. In order to assist you with your investment in your oral health, we have outlined the financial options that are available. We are always available to answer your questions and/or assist you in any anyway we can.
- We accept payment the day of service for at least half of the day’s charges. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
- Remaining balances will be mailed on a monthly statement. You may call or mail in payments, or, conveniently pay the balance online. Balances are due within 45 days of your appointment.
- We are able to bill your insurance plans if we have your complete insurance information at the time of your appointment. Root canal treatment is typically NOT covered by medical insurance, however some exceptions do apply. It is always recommended that you contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to see what coverage they offer for your treatment. Please see more information here: Insurance Information
- We offer interest-free financing options through Cherry Finance.
- Guarantors/accompanying parents or legal guardians are legally responsible for all charges and billing balances for minor patients whether or not you have insurance.
- Payments made in full with cash or check the day of service are eligible for discounts:
- 10% discount for patients over the age of 65
- 10% discount for patients with a current military ID.
- 5% discount for everyone else.
We are unable to file claims with insurance if we offer a discount.
- A $50 service charge will be applied for returned checks. Patients are responsible for all non-payment fees (debt collection, NSF, attorney, etc.)
